By submitting an event to the PRC Community Calendar, you agree to the following:
- Events must be relevant to the PRC community and aligned with our mission.
- Submitters are responsible for the accuracy of all event details (date, time, location, description, and contact information).
- You confirm that you have the rights to share any images, text, or promotional materials you upload.
- All submissions are subject to review by PRC staff prior to publication.
- PRC may edit event details for clarity, formatting, or length.
- PRC reserves the right to decline any event submission at its discretion.
- Please submit events at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.
- PRC is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or inaccuracies related to submitted events.
- Event organizers are solely responsible for managing their events, including registrations and communications with attendees.
- By submitting, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms of Submission.
